  • Prices, timescales and availability are confirmed by phone or at the workshop.

2. Information on the site

The descriptions of services, the photos and the rest of the content are for information only and are not an offer. The specific service, price and timescale for each car are agreed with you by phone or at the workshop, after an inspection where needed.

We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date – including addresses, phone numbers and opening hours – but it may change. If in doubt, please call us.

3. Enquiries

An enquiry through the contact form, by phone or by email is not an order and does not commit you to anything. We reply during opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00–16:30 and Saturday 9:00–13:00.

How we process the data from your enquiries is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Copyright

The texts, logo, video and design of the site are ours and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The photos in the "Services" section are from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their respective licences. The authors and licences are credited at the bottom of the home page.

The site contains links to and embedded content from other websites, such as Google Maps and Wikimedia Commons pages. We are not responsible for the content or the terms of those websites.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by the use of the information on the site or by the site being temporarily unavailable. Our liability for repairs and sales is governed by the contract with you and by law.

These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We settle disputes by mutual agreement or, failing that, before the competent Bulgarian court.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The current text is always on this page, with the date of the last change at its top.
